You can give users opportunity to contact support service without (correspondence by) email. This extension allows buyers and sellers to chat with support service and solve problems.

User's possibilities:

- Creation of a new ticket on any topic;
- Solution of each problem or issue within one ticket;
- User can get a message from support service on his/her email and in widget on site.

Administrator's possibilities:

- Creation of a new ticket to user;
- Close ticket;
- Renewal of ticket;
- Delete ticket.
